FUJIFILM Xtra Incentive Scheme

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Please see the Eligible products section of the FUJIFILM Xtra Incentive Scheme website for details of the FUJIFILM cameras and lenses that are part of this scheme and their relative incentive values. The Eligible products section can be found at http://www.fujifilmxtra.co.uk/.

2. Only sales of genuine new FUJIFILM cameras and lenses made in store at an applicable participating authorised retailer (“Qualifying Products”) can qualify for an incentive payment through this scheme. For the avoidance of doubt, online sales are excluded from this scheme.

3. The Claim Form can be found at http://www.fujifilmxtra.co.uk/. Claims can only be made by staff members of participating authorised retailers.

4. Claims for Qualifying Products sold must be made within 30 days of the sales date shown on the proof of sale document.

5. Claimants must submit the serial number of the Qualifying Product on the Claim Form. If a claim is made for a Qualifying Product using a serial number that has been claimed for previously or that has been deliberately falsified, the claim will be rejected, and it will be regarded as a fraudulent claim.

6. The serial number will be validated against existing records. This will include checking:

7. shipment records to ensure that the Qualifying Product has been shipped to the relevant participating authorised retailer;

8. previous claims records to ensure that the serial number on the Claim Form has not been claimed for before;

9. that the serial number follows a certain data logic in the data entry field;

10. The Claim Form must be submitted online. In addition to the serial number of the Qualifying Product, the retailer staff member must submit their personal details, participating authorised retailer store details, retailer bank details and proof of sales information. Proof of sales must be in the form of an invoice or receipt clearly showing the purchase date, the name of the participating authorised retailer and the Qualifying Product(s) sold. FUJIFILM Electronic Imaging Europe GmbH (“Fujifilm”) reserves the right to request the original proof of sales. If this is requested to be sent via post, it will be returned to the claimant.Fake, altered or doctored invoices or receipts will be rejected, and the related claims also treated as fraudulent claims. Handwritten invoices or receipts must be accompanied by a till receipt.

11. Fujifilm reserves the right to take legal action against any claimant who deliberately makes a fraudulent claim. In all investigations, Fujifilm will remain fully compliant with all relevant data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. A confirmation email will be sent to the claimant upon receipt of an online claim submission.

13. A claimant will be notified when an incomplete claim is submitted, or an illegible proof of purchase received. Notification of omissions will be sent via email. Claimants will be given the opportunity to supply further information to rectify any errors within 14 calendar days of receipt of the email. Failure to respond within 14 calendar days of receipt of the email will result in the claim being rejected.

14. Fujifilm will not be held responsible if e-mails are blocked or sent to “junk” mail folders. Claimants must ensure that they check their “junk” mail folder regularly to ensure that they do not miss claim status update emails. If a claim is refused because the Terms and Conditions of the offer have not been met, Fujifilm’s decision is final.

15. Hardware, technical, software, server, website, loss or other failures outside our control that prevent the retailer staff member participating in the promotion are not the responsibility of Fujifilm.

16. Fujifilm will provide 60 days’ notice of any change to the scheme via the scheme website.

17. 18. By participating in the scheme, each claimant agrees that any personal data provided may be held and used by Fujifilm or its agents for the purpose set out in Fujifilm’s privacy policy available at https://fujifilm-x.com

19. The terms of the scheme shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English law if you are based in the UK and on the basis of Irish law if you are based in the Republic of Ireland.

20. The promoter in respect of this scheme and the data controller in respect of any personal data submitted by any retailer staff member in connection with this promotion is FUJIFILM Electronic Imaging Europe GmbH of Fujistrasse 1, 47533 Kleve, Germany. Please do not send any applications to this address.

21. The administration of this scheme (other than validation of the claim) is carried out on behalf of Fujifilm by Benamic Unlimited Company of IDA Business & Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland (“Benamic”) who act as Fujifilm’s data processor in respect of any personal data submitted by any retailer staff member in connection with this scheme.

22. Fujifilm use the personal data to validate claims and Benamic use the personal data to otherwise administer the claim and arrange the payment to the retailer you work for, to be passed on to you by them via your normal salary payment process at the next available opportunity. Once you have been notified by Benamic that your claim has been successful and the payment made to the retailer you work for, you should check when they will pay the monies over to you. NB: Please note that the retailer will need to deduct any relevant tax and/or National Insurance from your payment.
